Taco Bell has made dairy-free ordering easier by bringing its “Make It Fresco” option back to online and app orders. Choosing Fresco Style removes dairy ingredients like cheese, nacho cheese sauce, mayo-based sauces and sour cream, replacing them with pico de gallo at no extra charge. The option never went away when ordering in person, but disappeared from the app after an update, making dairy-free customization more trouble. It returned to Taco Bell’s online ordering system last week, making it once again easier for vegan and dairy-free customers to customize their meals.
