French fries should be an easy win for vegans, but the big fast food chains have a way of complicating what ought to be a simple pleasure. Even so, it turns out that many of America’s favorite fries are perfectly suitable for plant-based eaters. USA Today readers recently ranked their favorite fast-food fries, and the winner happens to be vegan.

Del Taco took the top spot with its crinkle-cut fries, praised for their salty crunch. Other vegan-friendly options dominate the list, with A&W in third, followed by Shake Shack (5th), Five Guys (6th), Golden Chick (7th), Chick-fil-A (8th), and In-N-Out (10th).

Here’s the complete list:
1. Del Taco
2. Farmer Boys
3. A&W
4. McDonald’s
5. Shake Shack
6. Five Guys
7. Golden Chick
8. Chick-fil-A
9. Checkers & Rally’s
10. In-N-Out

Plant-based diners can also find fries at fully vegan fast-food restaurants, including Mr. Charlie’s, Slutty Vegan, Plant Power Fast Food, and Monty’s Good Burger. So if you’re craving some vegan-friendly fries, you’ve got plenty of options.
